Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use kd888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kd888 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access or use any platform service.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close relative of a kd888 employee or affiliated partner.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and keep this information updated at all times.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active kd888 account. kd888 considers the following as constituting the same player for the purpose of this rule:

• Same registered mobile number, even if used with different name or email address.
• Same device fingerprint, IP address range or payment method as an existing account.
• Same KYC identity documents as an existing verified account.
• Duplicate accounts will be merged, suspended or closed at kd888's discretion, and any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kd888 login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time verification codes with any third party. kd888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact kd888 support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. kd888 will never contact you by phone, SMS or email to request your password — any such communication should be reported to our support team as a potential fraud attempt.

Deposit Rules

kd888 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking (DBBL), Visa and Mastercard. The following deposit conditions apply to all accounts:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded minus any applicable processing costs.
• kd888 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Your payment provider may charge a transaction fee; this is outside kd888's control and is the player's responsibility.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The following withdrawal conditions apply:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before kd888 processes any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to submit documents upon making their first withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kd888 charges no platform fee on standard withdrawals; however, payment provider fees may apply and are the player's responsibility.
• Verified accounts receive withdrawal payments within 15 minutes on average for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• kd888 reserves the right to request additional documentation to support a withdrawal request where the transaction is flagged for enhanced due diligence, including but not limited to requests where the withdrawal amount significantly exceeds the deposit pattern on the account.

General Bonus Terms

kd888 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and seasonal special offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any portion can be transferred to your withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements and rollover multipliers are specified on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to one account per player, per promotion. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• kd888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, and to void any bonus found to have been obtained through abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a platform error.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL or T20 World Cup carry their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These terms take precedence over these General Bonus Terms for the duration of the promotion.

Sports Betting General Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on kd888 including cricket, football and all other sports offered on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kd888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases of a clear platform error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live odds at the time the bet is placed. kd888 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
• Matches or events that are abandoned, postponed or cancelled before completion will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport published on the kd888 betting rules page. In the absence of specific rules, bets on incomplete events will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• kd888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure or human error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full where a void is applied.

Casino and Card Game Rules

All casino games and card games on kd888 operate according to the rules published by the individual game studio providing the title. These rules are accessible from within the game interface. For live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, the dealer and game rules visible in the live stream are the authoritative rules for that session. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, the hand or round will be settled according to the game studio's disconnection policy, which is documented in the game's help section.

Player Protection Tools

The following actions are strictly prohibited on kd888. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended, closed and any balance forfeited at kd888's sole discretion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit any game or promotional mechanic.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or betting market, or to exploit bonus terms across coordinated accounts.
• Registering or operating more than one kd888 account, or registering an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, game bug, pricing error or system vulnerability on the platform, whether or not the exploitation results in a financial gain.
